About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates services with other departments for effective management and patient welfare.
  • Supervises and instructs subordinates on aseptic, surgical, obstetrical, and isolation techniques.
  • Schedules operations and supervises operating teams, labor, and delivery services.
  • Performs personnel management, clinical department, ward management, and supply distribution activities.
  • Assists in the formulation and execution of policies and procedures.
  • Promotes and maintains good relationships with patients and their families.
  • Prepares a variety of records and reports.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of professional nursing techniques and their relation to medical and surgical practices.
  • Skill in the application of professional nursing techniques.
  • Good knowledge of clinical division management, ward management, and hospital supply distribution practices.
  • Good knowledge of material medica, hospital dietetics, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
  • Ability to supervise the administration of therapeutic measures.
