About the Role

Deutsche Telekom IT is an integral part of Deutsche Telekom, simplifying, digitalizing, and accelerating processes across the group with 9,500 IT specialists in seven countries. Responsibilities

Design and optimize IT architectures and analyze business and technical requirements for software, platforms, and/or infrastructure for the IT Data landscape.
Enable the implementation of IT solutions and services such as data products, data platforms, or legacy clean-up quickly, agilely, and innovatively.
Oversee the overall interactions of components, systems, and functions from the network to the customer interaction point.
Implement architecture concepts in product development and services.
Identify innovations in technology fields and contribute to their implementation within the Group and the industry.
Manage architecture and design activities for major strategic and international projects and programs.
Provide comprehensive advice to top management.
Lead strategic projects.

Requirements

Many years of experience in independently and reliably planning and managing new topics, including in virtual and/or international team environments.
Outstanding experience in traditional and agile forms of collaboration, particularly in managing and leading major projects/programs.
Excellent experience in international and intercultural environments.
Many years of professional experience with technological end-to-end responsibility.
Intercultural experience in offshore projects.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
