About the Role

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our fleet remains compliant, cost-effective and ready to support our teams across Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating vehicle registrations, servicing, repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Managing vehicle infringements, driver nominations, insurance claims and accident documentation.
  • Arranging replacement and rental vehicles to minimise operational downtime.
  • Managing fuel cards, resolving driver enquiries and investigating transaction discrepancies.
  • Maintaining fleet management and telematics systems with accurate vehicle and driver information.
  • Preparing reports on registrations, servicing, compliance, fleet performance and operational trends.
  • Reviewing fleet-related expenditure and assisting with reconciliations.
  • Liaising with dealerships, suppliers, insurers, service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting fleet improvement initiatives and providing administrative assistance to the Fleet Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Skills

  • Fleet administration or automotive industry experience
  • Experience using fleet management software or telematics platforms
  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, registrations and compliance requirements
  • Experience processing purchase orders, invoices and expense reconciliations
