About the Role
This role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for clients while contributing to the growing success of the station.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPIs in optimizing revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
- Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets.
- Ensure Company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/or cost to accidents.
- Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region.
- Exceed and surpass customer service expectations.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures.
Requirements
- Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position.
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets.
- Experience working with KPIs.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster.
- Full driver's license.
- Full Australian work rights.
