About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to report directly to the Chief Product Officer. This role is fundamentally centered on execution, with leadership defined by intellectual clarity, learning agility, and the quality of evidence-based decisions. You will solve strategically pivotal product problems that currently lack definition, providing shape by identifying constraints, defining the problem with technical specificity, and aligning teams around a cohesive plan.
Responsibilities
- Solving product problems that are strategically pivotal but currently lack definition.
- Providing shape to product problems by identifying underlying constraints.
- Defining the problem with necessary technical specificity.
- Aligning Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams around a cohesive, forward-moving plan.
- Addressing documentation, follow-ups, and administrative burdens currently handled manually by clinicians.
- Converting ambient signals and context into trustworthy, actionable outputs for clinicians.
- Designing flexible, configurable workflows that can be tailored to various specialties and practice models.
- Deeply embedding the product within the complex ecosystem of clinical software.
- Developing capabilities that demonstrably drive adoption, expansion, and sustained usage in the field.
- Operating fluidly across all product domains as the problem requires.
- Leveraging AI for deep engagement with Tali’s technology, rapid prototyping of concepts, and metric-driven analysis.
- Ensuring coherence across rapid exploration and making the final determination of what earns a place in the product.
- Collaborating with a focused, growing team that deploys daily, reasons with precision, and is deeply committed to the well-being of clinicians and patients.
Requirements
- Proven Product Leadership: Successfully navigated complex, ambiguous product challenges from unclear starting points to production systems.
- Effectively synthesize inputs from engineering, design, clinical users, and GTM partners to establish concrete product direction, backed by solid quantitative analysis.
- Systems Thinking Mastery: Deep understanding of products integrating software infrastructure, machine learning models, and human clinical workflows.
- Inherently grasp how product choices interact with technical and regulatory constraints.
- Analytical Rigour and AI Proficiency: Utilize AI as a tool to explore ideas, conduct data-intensive analysis, and quickly iterate on prototypes.
- Know precisely where AI accelerates discovery and where human product judgment must provide coherence and ethical guidance.
- Sharp Product Judgment: Possess acute product instincts, grounding them in empirical evidence.
- Dissect complex, real-world workflows to pinpoint the core user problem and reduce it to a solvable challenge.
- Clearly connect product decisions to measurable clinician outcomes, adoption rates, and overall business impact.
- Understand that success is achieved by earning a seamless place within a clinician's existing routine.
- Force Multiplier: Elevate the performance of those around you through clarity of problems articulated, rigorous justification of prioritization choices, and high standards for sound product decision-making.
