Requirements

- Several years of experience in IT organization and technical consulting.
- Analytical skills and experience in process and data analysis.
- Leadership experience and talent development.
- Confident handling of stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills in German.
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
