About the Role
Pitch Perfect Solutions is hiring motivated Transfer Agents to join our growing team. Our top performers earn $33+/hour with base pay, commissions, and bonuses, and we’re looking for the next sales superstar to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Speak with interested consumers using our automated dialing platform.
- Verify customer information.
- Build rapport and generate excitement.
- Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
- Earn commission for every successful billable transfer.
Requirements
- Previous call center, sales, appointment setting, or transfer experience preferred.
- Competitive personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Coachable attitude.
- Desire to earn well above average income.
- Windows PC or Laptop (i5 processor or better)
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
- USB headset with microphone
