About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Website Designer to join N4 Studio, focusing on creating beautiful, high-performing websites. You will collaborate with the development team to build conversion-focused websites that elevate brands and drive results. The role requires strong design principles, website UI/UX experience, strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail. Experience with Webflow is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Designing and delivering high-quality, user-centered web interfaces from concept to developer handoff using Figma and Webflow.
Collaborating with copywriters to develop content wireframes that integrate narrative flow and visual structure.
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent, user flows, and interaction patterns.
Working closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation.
Participating in client-facing presentations, gathering requirements, presenting concepts, and iterating on feedback.
Partnering with project managers, copywriters, and strategists to align design work with client goals, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
Staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and sharing new ideas with the team.
Contributing to shared design systems, internal resources, and studio-wide quality standards.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in web UI and UX design, preferably in a studio or agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse website design projects.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and platform building (e.g., Webflow).
Experience collaborating on design teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions confidently.
Proactive attitude with strong time management and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to studio culture.
Passion for digital design, emerging trends, and continuous craft improvement.
