About the Role
We are looking for a full-stack engineer who can move quickly without leaving a mess behind. You will own what you build all the way to production and treat "it works on my machine" as the start of the work, not the end. You will design, build, and iterate across the stack; backend, frontend, and the infrastructure underneath when it needs you. You take a feature from a rough customer need to something running reliably in production. You will build the AI-powered features, integrations, and infrastructure behind our workflows and real-time risk quantification.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate across the stack: backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Take a feature from a rough customer need to something running reliably in production.
- Write technical designs and get them reviewed.
- Work directly with customer experience and GRC forward-deployed engineers to solve customer-impacting problems.
- Weigh in on product direction, research technologies, and make architecture and infrastructure calls.
- Build AI-powered features, integrations, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of experience building web applications and shipping real products.
- Comfortable working with Python and TypeScript.
- Ability to spot gaps, edge cases, and customer pain points and act on them.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, product, and design to ship high-quality work iteratively.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- Professional fluency in English.
