About the Role
This is an application for a scholarship-supported professional development opportunity focused on building Professional Continuity. The program aims to help individuals bridge the 'Critical 50 Millisecond Gap' to maintain connection with their professional capabilities during high-consequence moments and changing conditions. It is not an application for employment, an internship, a contract position, or a volunteer role.
Responsibilities
- Develop Professional Continuity through Progressive Continuity Conditioning™ in a structured environment with live variability.
- Apply and strengthen capabilities in the real world through one-on-one calibration sessions.
- Intentionally apply Professional Continuity during everyday work, interviews, meetings, difficult conversations, changing priorities, deadlines, and other real workplace conditions.
- Stay engaged when the moment spikes.
- Think clearly under changing conditions.
- Do what you intended to do.
- Remain composed during stressful or difficult situations.
- Receive, interpret, and respond effectively to changing information.
- Communicate clearly and confidently under pressure.
- Adapt without disengaging or escalating.
- Persist through interruptions, obstacles, and setbacks.
- Follow through consistently on commitments and deadlines.
- Maintain enough continuity to consciously decide what to do next.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Are currently unemployed or meet current federal poverty guidelines.
- Be able to attend all required in-person sessions in the Austin, Texas area.
- Intend to complete both SteadyState Foundations™ and SteadyState at Work™.
- Be able to safely participate in outdoor movement-based activities on natural, uneven terrain for the duration of each session.
- Be willing to fully participate in all program activities.
