About the Company

  • SteadyState Work Partners develops Professional Continuity—the enabling capability that helps individuals consistently connect to and apply the professional and interpersonal skills they already possess—in the heat of the moment.
  • Our work helps help people maintain enough continuity to consciously decide what to do next.
  • Unlike traditional professional or personal development, SteadyState develops Professional Continuity during the critical moments before conscious choice becomes fully available. We operate in what we call the 50 Millisecond Gap—the split second after a moment suddenly spikes, when people either remain connected to their professional capabilities or overreact before they can consciously choose what to do next.
  • The professionals we serve are often exceptional performers who have turned significant adversity into extraordinary success. Many have already invested heavily in leadership development, executive coaching, professional training, and personal development. We help them consistently connect to those capabilities in the heat of the moment.
