About the Role
We're hiring Professional Continuity Facilitators to deliver the SteadyState System™ through a structured two-phase professional development experience. Facilitators guide participants through SteadyState Foundations™, then support the real-world application of Professional Continuity during SteadyState at Work™.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate SteadyState Foundations™
- Lead structured outdoor learning experiences
- Observe Professional Continuity under changing conditions
- Help participants recognize moments that place Professional Continuity at risk
- Guide participant reflection and learning
- Maintain engagement structure and participant safety
- Complete required documentation and observations
- Conduct structured remote implementation sessions
- Support workplace application of Professional Continuity
- Help participants strengthen continuity during real-world work demands
- Identify barriers to consistent application
- Provide structured feedback and implementation guidance
- Document participant progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Experience facilitating structured learning experiences or professional development programs
- Strong observational awareness
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and professional discretion
- Ability to remain composed during uncertainty and ambiguity
- Comfort facilitating small groups in outdoor natural environments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in high-trust environments
- Comfort allowing participants to work through uncertainty
- Ability to observe without over-directing
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to walk 2–4 hours (approximately 4–8 miles) on natural trails
- Ability to safely navigate uneven terrain and elevation changes
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in environments that may include heat, cold, rain, insects, and wildlife commonly found in natural settings
