About the Role
We are seeking a Community Marketer to be the external face of Passage Health within the ABA community. This role involves building relationships with industry professionals, representing the company at events, and strengthening our brand presence. Your efforts will drive pipeline, enhance our reputation, and establish Passage Health as a leading software provider in autism care.
Responsibilities
- Own Passage’s event strategy and calendar, including selecting relevant ABA conferences, association events, and regional convenings.
- Represent Passage at industry conferences by staffing booths, engaging attendees, and building a network.
- Plan and execute Passage-hosted events such as dinners, roundtables, customer meetups, and conference side events.
- Manage all event logistics, including venues, vendors, invitations, RSVPs, on-site experience, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with key figures in the ABA community, including clinicians, owner-operators, and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to convert community engagement into pipeline, content, customer references, and case studies.
- Assist the Director of Marketing with our presence in online ABA communities, Slack groups, LinkedIn networks, and industry publications.
- Track event ROI, community signals, and pipeline impact, and use these insights for future planning.
- Translate industry trends and emerging signals into clear perspectives that shape our community and brand narrative.
Requirements
- Genuine excitement about the mission of improving autism care.
- A natural extrovert who thrives in social settings and can initiate conversations with strangers.
- Direct experience in or with the ABA industry is strongly preferred, with an existing network of BCBAs, clinical directors, or owner-operators.
- Proven track record of planning and executing events from intimate dinners to large conferences, with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting invites, delivering pitches, and representing the company.
- Comfort with up to ~25% travel and a flexible approach to event-driven work weeks.
- A high-ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
