About the Role

Ensure seamless fulfillment and last-mile operations across Europe, working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience as Every continues to scale.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day performance of the downstream supply chain, ensuring seamless operations from fulfillment centre outbound to final customer delivery.
Manage and develop external fulfillment and last-mile logistics partners across DACH and the Benelux region, driving performance through strong partner relationships, governance, and continuous improvement.
Analyze operational KPIs, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into initiatives that improve service quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
Proactively identify operational risks and capacity constraints, developing mitigation plans before they impact customers or business performance.
Shape the future of the logistics network by supporting new carrier onboarding, network expansions, process improvements, and scalable operating models.
Work closely with Customer Care, Product, Culinary, Tech, and Finance, acting as the operational link between teams and ensuring decisions are backed by operational realities.
Build data-driven business cases for network optimisation, carrier performance improvements, and operational investments, supporting strategic decision-making within the Operations team.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a fast-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or food environment.
Experience managing external logistics providers, carriers, or fulfillment partners and know how to build long-term, performance-driven partnerships.
Combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and scalability.
Comfortable analysing operational data, translating insights into business recommendations, and influencing decisions through facts and structured thinking.
Thrive in cross-functional environments and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
Take ownership, communicate proactively, and remain calm when solving complex operational challenges.
Fluent in German and have professional working proficiency in English.
