About the Role
We are hiring motivated new graduates and early career professionals interested in Operations Consulting, with start dates in November 2026 and throughout 2027. This position involves analyzing complex operational and financial data, engaging with client teams to develop performance measurements and analytical tools, and coaching client teams to implement lasting solutions. Responsibilities
- Work on-site to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
- Analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data.
- Prepare client presentations.
- Develop performance measurements and other analytical tools.
- Train and coach the client team on the new strategic approach.
- Contribute to understanding performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
