About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to design, run, and scale growth experiments that uncover the most effective ways to acquire new healthcare organizations. You'll combine data, customer insights, and creativity to identify high-impact opportunities, test them across multiple channels, and turn what you learn into repeatable systems that generate qualified pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and measure growth experiments across acquisition channels to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for generating qualified pipeline.
- Own the end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across paid, SEO, email, content, partnerships, webinars, and other acquisition channels—testing, learning, and iterating as you go.
- Define audience segments, messaging, and creative direction for campaigns.
- Launch and optimize paid media across channels.
- Build content funnels: blogs, landing pages, webinars, and nurture sequences that convert.
- Analyze performance across channels to identify what drives growth and double down on what works.
- Continuously test new channels, creative concepts, and conversion paths.
Requirements
- You have personally built and optimized growth initiatives end-to-end.
- You have personally launched campaigns across multiple acquisition channels (paid, SEO, email, webinars, partnerships, content, etc.).
- You are highly data fluent and can independently analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend where to invest next.
- You enjoy running experiments more than following playbooks.
- You've worked in an environment where there wasn't already a marketing machine to inherit.
