About the Role
As a technical expert, you will be instrumental in setting up a new production facility, installing and commissioning machinery, and establishing initial operational processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a Production Lead position, build a team, and manage the entire manufacturing area.
Responsibilities
- Accompany the setup of the new facility and actively support the installation and commissioning of production and filling lines.
- Take responsibility for the precise adjustment, setup, and maintenance of machines (e.g., filling of creams, serums, jars).
- Support the team in various areas during the initial phase, from warehouse setup to optimizing the first production batches.
- Establish initial standard operating procedures together with management and ensure compliance with hygiene standards (GMP).
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, locksmith, or equivalent).
- Experience in machine maintenance and adjustment.
- Hands-on mentality; proactive and enjoys building things from scratch.
- Ambition to move into leadership roles.
