About the Role

This role involves ERP and master data management, including maintaining and updating the ERP tool, managing vendor, customer, and contact data, and handling item data. It also includes inventory management, performing bookings in the material warehouse, reconciling inventory quantities and values, and assisting with inventory preparation. Additionally, the role supports the ERP system, acts as a key user for purchasing and warehouse, and participates in process optimization and digitalization projects. Administrative and organizational tasks, including general office management, supporting daily operations, and representing purchasing and the secretariat during absences, are also part of the responsibilities. International shipping, invoicing, and documentation support are required in collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and export departments.

Responsibilities

ERP and master data management
Maintenance and updating of the Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP)
Management and ongoing updating of vendor, customer, and contact data
Item creation, maintenance, and management in the ERP system
Maintenance of bills of materials in cooperation with design and production planning
Inventory management and stock control
Performing ongoing bookings in the material warehouse in coordination with procurement, production, warehouse, and controlling
Control and reconciliation of warehouse quantities and values
Participation in inventory preparation
Responsibility for correct warehouse and material movements in the ERP system
ERP system support
Support in the maintenance and further development of the ERP system
Key user function for the purchasing and warehouse departments
Participation in process optimization and digitalization initiatives
Administrative and organizational tasks
General office administration tasks within the administration department
Support with administrative and organizational matters in daily business
Representation in purchasing and the secretariat during absences
Support in processing international shipments, including invoicing and shipping documentation, in cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and export

Requirements

Completed commercial or logistical apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in ERP/database maintenance, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Knowledge in purchasing or material management is an advantage
Experience in export administration or international shipping processing is desirable
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
Structured, careful, and responsible way of working
Analytical understanding
Teamwork, strong communication skills, and cross-departmental thinking
