Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical teams in delivering comprehensive, unrushed care.
- Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and ongoing training to advanced practice providers and the nurse manager.
- Manage a split patient panel alongside a Lead PCP, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Hire and retain providers who share a commitment to integrity, empathy, and patient-first care.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and leadership team to fine-tune workflows and build a thriving, sustainable care model.
- Manage the daily needs of the clinic location, including budget, inventory, and staff coordination.
- Lead weekly team meetings that encourage open dialogue, innovation, and shared problem-solving.
- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with state and federal compliance, safety regulations, and internal standards of excellence.
- Provide quarterly feedback to the team and support ongoing initiatives to strengthen the quality of care and team experience.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- 3-5 years of experience in a family practice or primary care setting.
- Active DEA registration, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Genuine passion for relationship-based care and a desire to lead by example.

- Believe that healthcare can be both high-touch and high-quality.
