About the Role
This position involves analyzing complex operational and financial data, engaging with client teams to develop performance measurements and analytical tools, and coaching client teams to implement lasting solutions. Responsibilities
- Analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
- Prepare client presentations.
- Develop performance measurements and other analytical tools.
- Train and coach the client team on the new strategic approach.
- Work on-site to understand performance issues.
- Engage with client teams.
- Implement the solution.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Drive and energy to achieve results.
