Responsibilities
- Analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
- Prepare client presentations.
- Develop performance measurements and other analytical tools.
- Train and coach the client team on the new strategic approach.
- Work on-site to understand performance issues.
- Engage with client teams.
- Implement the solution.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Drive and energy to achieve results.
- Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively collaborate with others.
- Analytical mind with a natural technical problem-solving ability.
