About the Role

Responsibilities

Analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
Prepare client presentations.
Develop performance measurements and other analytical tools.
Train and coach the client team on the new strategic approach.
Work on-site to understand performance issues.
Engage with client teams.
Implement the solution.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Drive and energy to achieve results.
Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively collaborate with others.
Analytical mind with a natural technical problem-solving ability.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to explain ideas and concepts clearly.
