About the Role
Ramsay's Graduate Program is a structured pathway designed to support your transition from graduate to a confident, skilled practitioner. The program is delivered over two distinct stages: Year 1 focuses on exploring potential through diverse clinical rotations, and Year 2 allows you to focus your expertise in a chosen specialty with dedicated mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care.
- Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support.
- Work with experienced clinicians and dedicated educators in a specialised rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027.
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
- Complete a Working With Children Check.
- Meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
