About the Role
St George's Graduate Program is a structured pathway designed to support your transition from graduate to a confident, skilled practitioner, delivered over two distinct stages: Year 1 for exploring potential through clinical rotations, and Year 2 for focusing expertise in a chosen specialty with dedicated mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including Medical, Surgical, Perioperative, Paediatrics, Cardiac, Day Surgery, Endoscopy, ICU and Cath Lab.
- Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.
Requirements
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma in Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027.
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
- Applicants will be required to complete a Working With Children Check.
- Applicants will be required to meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
