About the Role
Wentworthville Clinic's Graduate Program offers a structured pathway for nurses to transition into skilled practitioners, with rotations across various mental health specialties in Year 1 and tailored development in Year 2.
Responsibilities
- Gain diverse experience through rotations across general mental health, drug and alcohol, eating disorders, and women's trauma service.
- Tailor development to a chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support.
- Transition from student to nurse with support from experienced clinicians and a Clinical Nurse Educator.
Requirements
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma in Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027.
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
- Applicants will be required to complete a Working With Children Check.
- Applicants will be required to meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
