About the Role
Castlecrag's Graduate Program is a structured pathway designed to support your transition from graduate to a confident, skilled practitioner over two distinct stages: Year 1 focuses on exploring potential through diverse clinical experiences, and Year 2 allows for tailoring development to a chosen specialty with dedicated mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Gain diverse experience in various clinical settings, including: Medical, Surgical, Perioperative and Anaesthetics.
- Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of specialties, including orthopaedics, ENT, plastic surgery, dental surgery, and acute medical care.
- Benefit from close mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and personalised support from experienced clinicians.
Requirements
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027.
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
- Applicants will be required to complete a Working With Children Check.
- Applicants will be required to meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
