About the Role
Ramsay's Graduate Program offers a structured pathway for graduates to transition into confident, skilled practitioners over two distinct stages: Year 1 focuses on exploring potential through diverse clinical rotations, and Year 2 allows for tailoring development to a chosen specialty with dedicated mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care.
- Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.
Requirements
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
- Applicants will be required to complete a Working With Children Check.
- Applicants will be required to meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
