About the Role
Drive is building marketing teams to support nonprofit and charitable organizations, offering a fast-track growth opportunity from Marketing Assistant to Managing Director within 12 months for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Execute face-to-face outreach and marketing campaigns on behalf of nonprofit partners
- Educate the public on charitable initiatives and drive donor engagement
- Provide daily updates to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
- Build and maintain relationships at outreach sites and community events
- Travel for networking and nonprofit events every 2–3 months
- Lead monthly team presentations to track impact and performance
- Stay current on client missions, campaigns, and community needs
- Conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities
- Help generate new fundraising and awareness strategies
