About the Role
This role involves overseeing theatre operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards. The position requires a blend of leadership, technical proficiency with A/V equipment, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Uphold and administer all company policies.
- Train, develop, and coach non-management employees.
- Perform all team positions as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment, including hardware and software.
- Ensure operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor maintenance standards and operational delivery.
- Enforce dress code policies.
- Report performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management.
- Monitor risk management, including employee and patron safety, loss prevention, and accident reporting.
- Read and understand training materials on subjects such as harassment prevention and regulatory compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Theatre Management.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must have completed or be in the process of completing team lead training.
- Must have reviewed, understood, and demonstrated all Team Member level policies & procedures.
- Possess advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
- Must complete any legally required state or local alcohol serving training and obtain the required certificate.
- Must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy.
- Must be able to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
- Must be able to identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes.
- Must be able to evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, reach conclusions, and recommend solutions.
- Must be able to take action beyond what is necessarily called for and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to perform under pressure and/or opposition.
- Must be able to interface excellently with customers, the public, and co-workers.
- Must exhibit sensitivity to the feelings of others.
- Must be able to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
