About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance Designer to support the design process across ODE, Liido, FELLE, and Stylerunner the Label. This role involves working closely with design and product teams throughout the full design process, from CAD creation to tech pack updates. It is a hands-on position for a detail-oriented designer capable of managing multiple brands, styles, and deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Adjust and update line sheets and CADs, ensuring accuracy across collections.
- Update CADs following fit sessions, including corresponding tech packs and line sheets.
- Implement changes following range reviews.
- Create new CADs under the direction of the design team.
- Develop colour-ups of existing styles.
- Support the team with accurate, timely design documentation.
Requirements
- Fashion design experience within apparel, either agency or in-house.
- Experience working with CADs, line sheets, and tech packs.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly across repetitive and detail-heavy work.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying closely connected with the wider design team.
- Available 1–2 days per week (approx. 15 hours) on an ongoing basis.
Skills
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- Specifying artwork for print production (Desirable).
- Laying up stripes for yarn dyes (Desirable).
