Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, setting the standard for quality, speed, and guest experience.
- Drive operational excellence across all shifts, ensuring food quality, safety, and service standards are consistently delivered.
- Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team to perform at their best.
- Take ownership of key restaurant metrics including performance, productivity, and team engagement.
- Create a positive, energetic culture where people feel supported and inspired to grow.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of operational standards, food safety, and team performance.
- A track record of developing people and driving results.
- Confidence to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- A genuine passion for great food, great service, and building strong teams.
- Background checks including Police Checks and employment verification may be conducted.
