About the Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Guzman y Guzman y Gomez (GYG), you will be a leader within the restaurant, responsible for inventory, building and managing rosters, financial oversight, and ensuring high-quality food delivery. You will support and develop your team, guide them through service periods, and drive crew training and guest experience.
