About the Role
We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to lead the design of Murphy's product, transforming internal tools into a user-loved experience. This is a key role in shaping the most advanced AI product in a significant market, offering the opportunity to own the design craft and influence the category's direction.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the design system.
- Transform a stack of tools into a unified product experience.
- Simplify complex agent configuration, call monitoring, and workflow management into an intuitive UX.
- Design a self-service product for customer onboarding and agent management.
- Prototype using AI and live data, iterating rapidly.
- Conduct in-depth problem-solving to address root causes with elegant design solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in taking product design from 0 to 1 and shipping high-quality interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to create 'WOW' products.
- Ability to own outcomes and deliver polished interfaces from ambiguous problems.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI for automation and streamlining design processes.
- Experience in desktop web design, with a focus on B2B user experience.
- Ability to convert high complexity into elegant solutions for end-users.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn the collections and fintech domain, including regulations and enterprise users.
