About the Role
The firm's Summer Program offers summer associates a comprehensive view of the firm's practice and provides an opportunity to evaluate their skills. Recruitment is overseen by the firm's Recruiting Committee, with significant input from all lawyers. Applicant evaluation considers academic performance, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and other experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work on current client matters under attorney supervision.
- Participate on practice teams.
- Attend Associate training programs.
- Engage in the Summer Associate mentor program.
- Act as Workflow Coordinators to ensure balanced workloads and diverse projects.
