About the Role

Huntington's fast-growing Asset Finance business is seeking a Business Systems Analyst and Quality Leader to join their development team. This role will focus on building and owning technology solutions for the Equipment Finance business, ensuring quality and alignment with product vision and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work as a key team member on a cross-functional team supporting continuous delivery with a focus on quality and data.
• Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows.
• Lead, coordinate, and conduct manual and automated testing, tracking and communicating results.
• Consult with product stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and anticipate current and future product needs.
• Assist in the development of product strategies and roadmaps by analyzing personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions.
• Ensure product backlog items clearly communicate customer and stakeholder needs and meet key business objectives.
• Assist in the maintenance and refinement of the product backlog, identifying business and functional requirements, and documenting test scenarios.
• Work within a scrum team, ensuring alignment around goals and objectives, and attending all scrum events.
• Develop and track key value drivers to measure the effectiveness of product discovery and overall product performance.
• Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome obstacles.
• Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or other related fields.
• 7+ years of relevant experience working with technology teams to deliver business and technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently articulate business needs to development team members through product backlog items.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities by working with key team members and subject matter experts to determine the path with the greatest value.
• Passion for learning, continuous improvement and asking "WHY?"
• Ability to develop strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
