About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Technical Analyst to collaborate with Cyber, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Technology teams in shaping and delivering AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities. The role involves translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements, defining success criteria, and ensuring that solutions are user-friendly, well-controlled, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
  • Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, SOC functions, and technology environments.
  • Ability to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with requirements management and documentation tools.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks relevant to cybersecurity and AI.
  • Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
