About the Role

We are seeking a colleague for the reception (35-40h/week) in our practice in Berlin Mitte. Our mission is to rethink physiotherapy, making it more digital, modern, and human. You will be the first impression and a key part of a team actively changing healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and coordinate practice operations.
• Schedule appointments and manage organizational tasks.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Handle prescriptions and administrative processes.
• Work with modern practice software.

Requirements

• Experience interacting with people (e.g., practice, hotel, reception, call center, or service).
• Organizational talent and composure under pressure.
• Enjoy communication and possess genuine empathy.
• Proficient computer skills (practice software experience is a plus, but not required).
• Very good German language skills.
• Good English language skills.
