About the Role
Kindred Fare - A Spirited Cookery is seeking support staff for busy nights at our lively and social restaurant. This is a great entry-level position with training provided. We are looking for individuals available 2-5 nights per week, including weekends, from July through October.
Responsibilities
- Complete side work and cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Work thoroughly and quickly with a sense of urgency.
- Use service trays to bus tables thoroughly and efficiently.
- Thoroughly clean dining room tables, chairs, and floor during service.
- Manage the cleaning, polishing, and stocking of all glass and silverware during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized station and dining room.
- Assist in maintaining all Front of House stations.
Requirements
- Must be available 2-5 nights a week plus on weekends from July through October.
- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume setting is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to be flexible with the team as needed.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed and professional at all times.
