About the Role
Soccer Shots is seeking dependable part-time coaches to lead engaging children's soccer programs for ages 18 months to 8 years old. This role offers a fun work environment with flexible hours, providing a meaningful coaching experience and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Lead 30–45 minute soccer sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers.
- Teach young children the sport of soccer using an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building, and fun themes.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured OR reliable transportation.
- Prior soccer experience is not required.
- Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.
- Availability during Summer and Fall Seasons within weekday mornings (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM), weekday afternoons (2:00 PM – 5:30 PM), or weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Coaching at least 2 complete seasons is preferred.
