About the Role
You will support the team in transformation projects, taking on clearly defined tasks independently from research and analysis to the elaboration of results. You will prepare content in a structured and understandable way, for example in slides, short analyses, or decision-making bases, and learn to build clear storylines. You will participate in customer meetings, coordination, and workshops, support preparation, and take over discussions and topics. You will develop well-founded solution approaches together with the team and the client and derive robust decision-making bases from them. You will work with common methods, frameworks, and tools and continuously develop your skills in the project. You will work closely with colleagues and experts, document results cleanly, and help make learnings and project materials usable for the team.

Requirements
- Completed studies (Business, MINT/STEM or comparable) and interest in the interface between technology and business.
- First relevant practical experience (e.g., internships, working student, or entry-level) and desire for rapid development in project work.
- Structured and reliable work approach, ability to prioritize tasks and execute with high diligence.
- Good basic understanding of tech topics (e.g., IT architecture, cloud, AI, platforms) or strong motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with them.
- Enjoy working in a team, actively supporting colleagues, involving them purposefully, and proactively seeking feedback for development.
- Clear and target-group-oriented communication in German and English.
- Willingness to travel.
