About the Role

You will take responsibility for defined workstreams in transformation projects, from structuring and implementation to coordination with our clients. You will comprehensively advise our clients on strategy, technology, IT architecture, and digital business models, helping to derive the right options and priorities. You translate complex technical content into clear, decision-ready messages, e.g., as clean analyses, recommendations, and presentation-ready documents. In collaboration, you manage relevant stakeholders, moderate coordination meetings and workshops, and work closely with internal experts and external partners. You develop well-founded solution approaches together with the team and the client, deriving robust decision-making bases from them. You work on technology-driven initiatives in industries such as Financial Services, Tech, Manufacturing, Private Equity & International Development, and contribute with ownership to internal topics.

Work on technology-driven initiatives in industries such as Financial Services, Tech, Manufacturing, Private Equity & International Development.
Contribute with ownership to internal topics.

Requirements

Completed studies (Business, MINT/STEM or comparable) and the ability to quickly grasp and classify complex technical and strategic issues.
Relevant experience in consulting, IT, or transformation environments (Consultant approx. 2–4 years / Senior approx. 4–6 years) and project responsibility.
Strong in project and stakeholder management, setting priorities, managing workstreams, and remaining composed under pressure.
Analytical, structured, and pragmatic working style, deriving clear action recommendations from complex topics.
Good technical understanding (e.g., IT architecture, cloud, AI, platforms) and confident evaluation of technologies in the context of digital business models.
Willingness to work in a team, actively support colleagues, involve them purposefully, and proactively seek feedback for development.
Clear and target-group-oriented communication in German and English.
Willingness to travel.
