About the Role

Join our team and help build the future! We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for Technical Equipment (HLSK) at our Berlin branch. Shape challenging construction projects from the start, manage international projects, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of Technical Equipment (HLSK) projects across all HOAI service phases.
• Technical planning and coordination of building technology systems.
• Execution of HOAI service phases 1-9, with a focus on phases 2-7.
• Preparation, review, and support of planning and execution documents.
• Technical consultation for clients, architects, and specialist planners.
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs throughout the project.
• Participation in bid preparation and support of client relations.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in planning and project management within Technical Equipment.
• Experience in project controlling.
• Sound knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant technical standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally CAD/BIM applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and confident demeanor with clients and partners.
