About the Role

As a Healthcare Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and integrating our SDKs and APIs. You will combine technical expertise with a strong customer focus to ensure our AI solutions are seamlessly embedded into existing clinic workflows. You will guide the entire integration process from conception to implementation and optimization, working closely with our product and development teams to create innovative solutions that support doctors and improve daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities

Further development, standardization, and scaling of our toolset for technical integration: Robotic Process Automation & UI automation agents, SDKs & Libraries, APIs
Implementation and support of technical integrations of Ficus with IT systems at our customers
Implementation of remote monitoring solutions
Close collaboration with the rest of the product team to combine integrated systems, workflows, and data exchange for the best possible user experience

Requirements

Experience in building SDKs and software libraries
Good knowledge of Windows-based client-server environments, ideally with a professional background in system administration
Experience with CI/CD implementations and scripting/automation
Experience with hybrid cloud setups (especially Site-to-Site VPN)
Strong customer focus, ideally with experience in solution engineering
Good German and English language skills
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
Structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic approach
High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of a dynamic start-up environment
Empathetic and user-centric thinking and working
Team-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility
Open to new things, eager to learn
