About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical processing of wood products using various machines and tools according to specifications.
• Assemble wood products.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Perform surface treatments such as sanding, lacquering, staining, and oiling.
• Ensure quality standards through quality control using standard measuring instruments and methods.
• Maintain, care for, and clean machines and tools.
• Manage materials and inventory of the buffer warehouse.
• Comply with occupational safety and other relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter or in a wood processing trade.
• Experience is welcome, but entry-level positions are also available.
• Comfortable operating machinery.
• Knowledge of important occupational safety and other relevant regulations is a must.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Familiarity with common production processes.
• Expertise in common types of wood.
• Skills in reading technical drawings.
• Creativity and design understanding.
• Problem-solving oriented work approach.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Strong communication skills.
• High physical resilience.
