About the Role

This is a hands-on role focused on building and enhancing AI and automation solutions across Bank ABC. You will work directly with business teams to redesign processes and embed automation and AI into daily operations, contributing to the next generation of workflow, data, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Design and deliver AI-enabled workflows, including Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI agent-based solutions
• Maintain and improve live automation applications through monitoring, fixes, and enhancements
• Support testing, releases, and post-release optimization
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business SMEs to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar development/automation roles, preferably within Financial Services
• Strong hands-on delivery experience with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate
• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL/APIs
• Exposure to AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Copilot, AI Builder, RPA)
• A practical, delivery-focused mindset
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
