About the Role
We are seeking a Service Supervisor to join our gastronomy team, responsible for the professional organization and operational execution of events and celebrations. This role requires ensuring smooth service operations and achieving the highest guest satisfaction while upholding quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Professional organization and operational execution of events and celebrations
- Responsibility for smooth service operations
- Achieving highest guest satisfaction while adhering to our quality standards, including quality control in the service and guest areas
- Leading and coordinating the service team
- Contributing to the further development of service concepts
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and service standards
- Correct booking of settlements in the cash register system
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Friendly demeanor and excellent manners with international guests in German and English
- First experience in a leading or coordinating role is desirable
- Hands-on mentality with an open eye for where support is needed
- Independent management of your work area in coordination with other teams
- Familiarity with electronic cash register systems and computers
