Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in offers to close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and competitive products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet dealership sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
