About the Role

This role is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's rapid growth by hiring top talent. You will be the second member of the TA team, providing end-to-end hiring support and partnering with senior leaders to define hiring needs. The role is ideal for recruiters with a strong headhunting background who can map markets and identify top candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support, from brief to offer.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines and act as an ambassador for the company.
  • Ensure hiring processes are efficient and impactful, including process design and candidate communication.
  • Review and improve performance tracking tools, setting KPIs and providing data for optimization.
  • Shape the employer brand by crafting content, attending events, and designing attraction tools.
  • Engage in value-add projects such as benefits design, internal communication, training, and EDI activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable skills in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and proactive talent attraction.
  • Proven track record of filling niche roles in competitive markets.
  • Substantial in-house recruitment experience.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and add value through industry knowledge and professional network.
  • Organized and methodical approach with a knack for designing efficient hiring workflows.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including confident use of Excel/Sheets.
  • Resilience and creativity in problem-solving.
