About the Role

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Crafter applies decorative touches to frosted cakes, assembles orders with accuracy, and ensures the highest quality presentation for guests. This role follows strict proprietary methods and food safety standards, customizing cakes and balloon orders with appropriate decorations and packaging for unique celebratory occasions. The Crafter embodies NbC core values, demonstrating a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, excellence, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assembles cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications and NbC standards.
Prioritizes workload to meet pick-up or delivery times and crafts orders for walk-in guests.
Prepares cake decorations, boxes, bows, and packaging materials in advance.
Monitors inventory of cake-crafting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
Evaluates decorated cakes for NbC standard compliance and reports quality control issues.
Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring crafting tools are prepared for the next shift.
Supports Guest Service Representatives with walk-in guests and answering telephones.
Complies with all health and safety guidelines, NbC policies, dress code, and personal hygiene standards.
Maintains consistent work attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

Ability to understand written and oral directions and interpret instructional documents.
