About the Role

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of various maintenance programs supporting the Maintenance Department. This role requires focused responsibility within a wide range of duties, including analyst support, core department functions, committee participation, business analysis, and special project oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate completion of department core functions including inspection readiness, performance indicator generation, website updates, oversight of KT&R process, generation of POD material, program ownership, department training coordination, and support of management review meetings.
  • Perform analyst functions for the department, including support of self-assessments, benchmarking, Work Group Evaluations, formal investigations, tracking and completion of department actions, and maintaining the department Performance Improvement Action Plan.
  • Support Clean Energy Center committees and programs, such as the New Work Screening Committee, Maintenance Rule Expert Panel, PORC, Surveillance Frequency Change Program, Cyber Security Assessment Team, Safety Committee, FME Committee, and Configuration Control Committee.
  • Perform Business Analyst functions for the department, including contract management, budget development, budget tracking, forecasting, and support of workforce planning.
  • Support special projects as needed, including oversight of contract personnel.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
  • Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable.
  • Pass a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
