About the Role
As a Senior Manager or Manager, Central Strategy & Operations, you will act as an internal consultant and operator, diving into the highest-priority opportunities across the company. You will own analyses, frame problems, and drive cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. High performers will graduate to lead a specific business unit or function within 18–36 months.
Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize product-market fit and unit economics.
- Drive cross-functional workstreams from concept through launch.
- Design and implement processes, dashboards and KPIs that improve efficiency and scalability of new initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–9 years in a growth-stage startup, top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or structured general-management/rotational program.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfort building financial and operational models from scratch and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives on aggressive timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
- Passionate about travel and excited by emerging technologies.
- Actively incorporates AI into day-to-day work to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and solve problems, with a curiosity to experiment and help shape how AI transforms both the function and the broader company.
- Startup or high-growth operating experience is a strong plus.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience with SQL and visualization or BI platform, familiarity with working alongside data/analytics teams to build dashboards, define KPIs, and drive reporting cadences.
