About the Role

Nina and Patrick are looking for a Project Manager (all genders) in the field of Event and Retail Campaigns to join their team in Berlin. Become part of our community – we look forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation, support, and execution of demanding Event & Retail campaigns
• Creation of project timelines, project planning, and controlling
• Targeted customer communication and development of business relationships
• Independent project management and collaboration with the team and cooperation partners, institutions, authorities, and trades
• Cost calculation, offer preparation, and invoice creation
• Production and logistics control, as well as project documentation

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Event Project Management and Retail Marketing
• Understanding of current culture and a strong sense for trends and cultural brand identities
• Confident communication skills and a poised demeanor towards clients and external partners
• A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility in working hours
• Strong team spirit and enthusiasm
• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, as well as Apple Keynote, Google Slides
• Very good English and German language skills
• Interest in Design, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Automotive
